Microsoft Teams – Session 3

Microsoft Teams is a platform that combines workplace chat, meetings, notes, and attachments. The service integrates with the company’s Office 365 subscription office productivity suite, including Microsoft Office and Skype, and features extensions that can integrate with non-Microsoft products.

Cisco Jabber will be retired on the 25th of November 2018, the replacement is Microsoft Teams. This training allows users to learn the Microsoft Teams interface and understand the nuances to the software. It is recommended that all users receive training on Microsoft Teams as the software will be used by faculty and staff at all campuses.
